Who writes this stuff, anyway?

I guess you can call this blog my quiet place to unwind, drink tea and step away from my family–DH, DD1 and DD2.

Life in the domestic Church is beautiful. But let’s be honest, we all need to get away to say a prayer and regain ourselves.

Sometimes it helps keep me from thinking, “Dear God in heaven, I’m surrounded by <insert noun like “two-year-olds” or, well, just that>.”

Sometimes it helps me think I’m creative by posting bad pictures of food I (mostly) copied from recipes found on other cooler blogs.

But it’s mostly just my Thotful Spot.
